Least Disturbed

Awful things occur to everyone, but one of the main reasons you feel low about them is you let yourself get that way. The more engrossed of the details of whatever distressing you, the worse you feel! One bad thoughts lead to another and yet another, until at some point you become extremely disturb! The solution to this is to notice what’s happening in your head before your thoughts have a chance to construct any momentum. The sooner you catch yourself in the act of building your mental snowball, the easier it is to stop.  Consciously nip it in the bud!

Licensing myself!

Today, I will meet one of my clients. I need his assistance coz I want to have my own driver’s license. It is easier for him to process everything. Well, it is really great! I will no longer stay and get bored there. And for sure, I can have my driver’s license earlier than my expected time.

So keyed up to drive in the city! Yepeeyyy!!

To gain respect from others you must set to it first that you also respect them and yourself. Remember, you don’t have to ask the respect that you desires, give it to them and in return, they will give you the same.

My Niece Sofeeja


 I love being with her. She is sooooo vigorous, alert, and talented. In fact, at the age of two (2) she knows already how to sing our national anthem (LUPANG HINIRANG). She loves to pose every time there's a camera or a video, she even knows how to operate it and take a shot with her alone. Sofeeja knows how to dance and sing, she loves drawing and writing her name. Sometimes, she's acting like a matured one and it is so amusing. She’s lovable, witty and very much cute!

Spend a little money on each other

You don’t have to wait for your anniversary or any occasions for you to present something for your husband or boyfriend to show your love. It is good also that some other time you exchange sweet tokens of appreciation for no reason. Try to give a gift, (extravagant doesn’t matter) no occasion at all, he will be grateful for it. Of course, he never expected that, yet it gives a meaningful memory and more fun! Try to get into habit of bartering a little cute and lovable gift; it is one way of enjoying your relationship and companionship.

Fit to Work!

It’s so nice to have this activity in our company. Every month we must engage ourselves to a particular sports or exercise. And one of our activities is aerobics. Aerobics are particularly helpful for weight control. Whether you are trying to lose weight or maintain it, you should understand the important role of physical activity and include it in your lifestyle.
Aerobic exercise is any extended activity that makes you breathe hard while using the large muscle groups at a regular, even pace. Aerobic activities help make your heart stronger and more efficient. During the early part of exercise, your body uses stored carbohydrate and circulating fatty acids.

Well, I must admit that we are lucky to have this opportunity. Fit to work!

I love my HUSBAND!


This was taken 1 year ago. We’re having fun and very much happy! I always wanted to be with him all the time. I love this guy so much! And I am very much thankful to the Lord that he gave him to me. The more I am closer to my husband, the more I fall in-love with him. I hope, the pledges he affirmed to me will be forever and make it come true. Through our bonding, the foundation of our relationship becomes stronger.
