Tracfone was one of the first with a great prepaid plan and is still the best.  I use Tracfone for my son who doesn't use his phone much, and Straight Talk, a Tracfone service, for my own.  You buy minutes instead of an unlimited card.  It's really useful if you don't go over the minutes.  And each time you buy minutes, you get more service so you can be years ahead and never have it turned off as long as you have minutes. The signal is great in most places and it does just what you need to do for whatever price you're willing to pay.  No frills, but completely and perfectly adequate.  I rarely drop calls with Tracfone, either, and I love their double minute’s card.  My phone will always have double the minutes I buy.  Wonderful idea!

Steve Jobs cause of death

Steven Paul "Steve" Jobs (February 24, 1955 – October 5, 2011) was an American inventor and entrepreneur. He was co-founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Apple Inc.

"Respiratory arrest was listed as the immediate cause of death, with 'metastatic pancreas neuroendocrine tumor' listed as the underlying cause, according to the certificate, Bloomberg said. ”Jobs’ death occurred five years after the onset of the tumor, according to the certificate."

Jobs, 56, died about 3 p.m. last Wednesday at his home in Palo Alto, Bloomberg News said. The Santa Clara County Public Health Department issued the death certificate Monday.

Mr. Jobs spent his final weeks — as he had spent most of his life — in tight control of his choices. He invited a close friend, the physician Dean Ornish, a preventive health advocate, to join him for sushi at one of his favorite restaurants, Jin Sho in Palo Alto.

But, mostly, he spent time with his wife and children — who will now oversee a fortune of at least $6.5 billion, and, in addition to their grief, take on responsibility for tending to the legacy of someone who was as much a symbol as a man.

Baby registry

We just found out last week that we are pregnant with our first baby! I was so excited when we found out and I went the next day to begin a baby registry. I was so overwhelmed when I went to the store to register because I had no idea there were so many things that a baby needs.
